We have two maids where we stay who take it in turns or work together, last year it was £10 each if I remember correctly.

For the bar staff I put the odd change in the tip box and buy them an occassional drink (They did like Red Bull, kept them awake with the long hours they worked) at the end of the holiday they get the rest of my lira which was about 85 lira last year.
