At Gatwick airport but just found out our flight has been delayed 3 1/2 hours so far! Flying Onur Air. Hope this doesn't change to a further delay

Oh you poor thing nothing worse than delays on your way. But just think what fun you will have when you get there. Head for the bar that will pass the time.

Hi Christine, get yourself to the bar ... have a few drinks ... sleep on the plane + dream of tomorrow when you will be in paradise.

It's been on the radio today here in yorkshire a flight from dalaman which was due to land at Doncaster at 08.55 finally arrived at 17.14.

Feel really sorry for the poor people that were going back on that flight.

Think that was the flight I am on next Friday was checking what time it went out was meant to go at 9.55pm. Still hadn't gone at 12.30am.

Glad I wasn't travelling down to Gatwick yesterday as my son came home on the M25 and M40 and he said there was massive 5 care pile up and they had closed the M40 down from Beaconsfield towards the M25 junction.

Let's hope I have better luck next week. Just noticed as well that the Onur Air Bodrum flight has had a big delay. Was meant to leave at 11.00pm took off at 6.50am.
