The Gene Wave

Postby redrhino12 » 21 Sep 2005 21:08

Not been on the site very much these last 7 days because my son has gone to Rhodes for a weeks holiday, he is staying in Falaraki,I will be fetching him from the airport tonight Wednesday.
My point is he owns a pub and he has left me in charge for the last 7 days,
I feel as though all my birthdays have come at once and every day is Christmas morning.
Fancy leaving me to run a pub with my track record.
Truth is I have had only 5 pints in all of the 7 days so you see, I can say NO

Well to the wave, this Saturday,12 noon Turkish time 10am English I will be sat in front of the monitor watching you all giving me an Icmeler Wave
I may not be there in body but will be in spirit and I hope all of you have a fantastic time and come back with fond memories.

Pub stint is now finished, tried to get on the internet this morning and the computor says I have a maliciouse script virus so is shutting down.
Frantic efforts on my part to try to eradicate this offending virus were successfull and normal service was resumed.

Names to faces will be the name of the game on Saturday, try to get all the people in the Chill to wave, but please watch the traffic on those roundabouts or some of the Turkish drivers may use you as skittles.

Just a thought why arent you lot going to be layed on the beach or beside the pool at that time of the day? is the Gene wave just an excuse to get in the bar?

Enjoy, you will be making a lot of forum members happy and nostalgic to see you all in our Icmeler.
