Olu Deniz & Turkish Bath

Postby sophia » 29 Apr 2008 17:16

Hi all......leaving for Icmeler on Saturday and can not wait!!

I just wondered if there was any day trips to Olu Deniz from Icmeler? I stayed in Olu Deniz last year and would like to go for a day trip and show my mum & auntie the lagoon. Anyone know of any boat trips or is it too far away from Icmeler?

Also on our first trip to Turkey (back in 2004) we had a Turkish bath in Marmaris or on the outskirts............It was a purpose built turkish bath - not one that was under a hotel or anything. Anyone know where this is or what is called?

Thanks for any replies in advance!

We went to the turkish bath at Armutalan last year - our hotel arranged the trip for us - and it was very good indeed! I would definitely recommend it - even the kids enjoyed the experience!

Think you can get a coach from Marmaris to Fetihye and then the dolmus to Olu Deniz. Would guess at a 2 hour coach journey from Marmaris and about 30 minutes each end.
