I spoke with the Director last week and was assured that flights tickets would be sent direct by post
This did not happen So today I contacted them and was verbally abused and the phone call hung up by them thus disconnected
This is no way to run a company



So I rang back saying cancel my booking Do you accept Email as opposed to a letter "Yes we do"

Needless to say I contacted ICR (John) AND IN A FLASH it was sorted
