Icmeler Online Holiday Forum & Reviews - Turkey

In May, my elderly mother and her friend will be going to Siteler between Marmaris and Icmeler. There is no transfers included in their trip. Has anybody used ICR for tranfers as i want to book it for them as they dont want to just pick up a random taxi at Dalaman? My mum is a little concerned about the drivers and who else will be on the transfer with them and no amount of reassurance from me is helping. Can somebody put it in print for me so i can attempt to reassure them more? Are the drivers reliable in picking up etc as it will be from an apartment that is a little out of the way?

My wife and I have been going to Icmeler for 14 years, and found ICR about 6 years ago. We use them for accom and transfers at least twice a year, and to date have NEVER experienced a problem with our transfer. Your driver will be wating for you at the airport with the name of the party they are collecting, then take you to the minibus, where u can just sit back an relax (or sleep in my case). The drivers are very polite and friendly. The servie is door to door, so she should have no problem. Weve also only ever shared a minibus once in the dozens of times weve been collected, 9/10 the minibus will be all yours!!

Last year we used for the 1st time for out transfer ICR Travel- IcmelerOnline - http://www.icmeleronline.com from Dalaman to Ichmeler they collected us from the airport there was a mix up with our booking but this was sorted out immediately they got a taxi to take the boys and the girls shared a minibus with another family, we certainly wasnt stranded by no means there is a board with their name on it to go it. When we got to resort Sharon from the office sorted out the problems immediately and Rami arranged for a partial refund. The service despite the mix up was professional Rami is very hot on customer care too making sure that you are happy with the service received. Their were ice cold drinks provided which were included in the price I am going again in June and will definately be using them again. We also booked a horse safari and a quad bike trip with them which was brilliant and well worth the money we were a party of 7 and everyone enjoyed there day out.
Big bonus they dont stop on the way the transfer is straight through and took about 1 1/4hrs from ariport to resort

The return journey was impeccable

They are a professional company who know their stuff and are very professional about their customer service pity there arent more companies like them in the UK

Thanks for the replies to all three of you. Just booked the transfer with ICR for £90. £10 cheaper than the Icmeler taxi company we normally use.

We used ICR last year and had no problems even though are flight from the uk was delayed they where there waiting for us at the airport return journey was spot on would not hesitate to recommend them

As already stated customer service is paramount and they will not let you down once you have used them you will not use anyone else for your transfers

We used them last year for the first time and we have no complaints at all. Waiting for us when we got to Dalaman, and return pick up was on time. Free water was given to us and the driver was very pleasant.

I had not even paid our £90 before returning and I had to tell the driver this. Before he took the money from me, he made a phone call

Last year we used ICR for the first time for our apartment and transfer. We were caught up in the trouble at Glasgow Airport and couldn't fly on the saturday. We contacted ICR on the sunday morning to let them know what had happened and were told "don't worry, your transport will wait for you until you arrive". The poor driver had been waiting at the airport since 2am. After alot of phone calls and going back to the airport, we arrived back home at 7pm (flight cancelled) and again phoned ICR. We were really worried about the delay, but ICR were really great and told us they would bring our driver back from the airport. It was the tuesday night before we got our replacement flight and the driver was waiting for us. He was brilliant and took us straight to our apartments. We were delighted with the service and know that there would not be many companies willing to bend over backwards to help us like this, especially as the minibus had two journeys to make. We would not hesitate to recommend ICR to anyone and rave about them every opportunity we get.

Totally agree with what everybody else has said,booked them again for this year,excellent service.

I have to agree with what has already been said we used ICR last year in May for the accomodation and transfers and have to say I will never use a coach transfer with a package again what a difference. Driver there at airport waiting and off we went straight through to Icmeler. Return journey driver appeared on time, he done a couple of pick ups but we were in airport in plenty on time. We then used them in the September for the transfer only and we were in our apartments before others had left the airport for the journey to Icmeler.

Again my brother used them in September for accomodation and transfer (as I booked it for him he had no choice) and when he arrived at Dalaman phoned me in panic no one was there to pick him up, spoke to Sharon who wasn't on duty and she made a phone call and someone was there and he was then on his way to a great holiday. Which other company would do this when they are not even on duty thanks again Sharon See you in a few weeks!
