Sorry forgot to ask about salon's that are good at eyebrow threading? One's that do not want to rip out every hair on your face.

Ohh I had mine done last year at the salon along the canal across from Korsan Bar. They did a really good job, male workers again so won't help you with regards to your previous waxingin question!! Did a fantastic job with styling my friends hair as few nights throughout the holiday too.

Is threading done to reshape your eyebrows? or is it just similar to plucking.

Hi Molly

They reshape your eyebrows with tweezers as per normal, then use the thread to remove all the fine hairs. They also do this on your face - it's excrutiatingly painful, but if you can put up with that, it's worth it in the end

As Karen says they shape your eyebrows with tweezers and then thread the rest of the hair. Results are really good and they reckon it's 8 weeks before the hair grows back. I would recommend it, will certainly be having mine done again when I'm there next month.

Eyebrow threading is nowhere near as painful as facial hair threading (which I'd avoid at all costs unless you have a really, really high pain threshold - been there, done that... never again!)

When I was in Marmaris a couple of years ago, I was having my eyebrows threaded. Next thing I knew was my forehead was being done too, and she didnt even ask me! I didnt realise the fine hairs I actually had, but it did feel good after the sting had gone. If you are having your eyebrows done, just make sure they know beforehand that's all you want done.

I did find it a little painful but my skin felt great after the soreness had gone. It really makes a difference. I would probably have it done again and it lasted a while.

I always get my eyebrows threaded at home. They never use tweezers to shape them just the thread. Feeling a bit worried now. The whole idea of threading is to avoid the skin being pulled by tweezers. Maybe give it a miss :!:

I usually go to FX hair salon under the demirgiolou (can't spell it sorry!) its a lady that does it and she has never used tweezers on me only ever the thread. Its really good and I think its a nice pain  !!!
They say no pain no gain and all that!! It never lasts 8 weeks though, when I lived there I went once a month and that was enough.
