hi we booked a couple of month ago for the blue rainbow on the 8 th august how soon before departure can we expect to get the paperwork for the holiday and transfers it worries me that i,ve got nothing to stare at for the next 113 days still this forum takes my mind of it

I booked and paid in full 20th March have just received hotel and transfers docs but no flights til 7 days before we go 18th August. Could be a very long walk

How did you book? Direct with hotel and transfer company in resort or through an agent?

If you booked through an agent (be it on the phone, online or in person) I would have thought that you should have received confirmation within a week of making the reservation - same with the transfers...

I can see from your email address that you booked through us so............

When you booked you were automatically sent out your log in details to view your booking online on our automated system so that you can print your holiday voucher off.

If you have mislaid these details then feel free to send me an e-mail asking for them again

booked through ICR i,ll have to get the better half to check her e mail

As soon as I or whoever books you in presses enter and books you in, the system sends the log in details out straight away

thanks admin i was,nt worried . not with the write ups ICR recieve on this site i,m just looking foreward to thanking you by sharing in an effes or few with you
