Now the toilet wheel has been discovered

Postby reesy1959 » 15 Apr 2008 03:22

Now we all know about the toilet wheel.....did you all use it last year?

We found it fantastic and wished we could have one at home

Mary

(Just trawling through the site on my nightshift and came across the wheel thread, brought tears to my eyes again)

I should have made this clearer, but I am referring to the wheel at the side of the Toilet. If you dont know about it, please look at this thread, but be prepared to have a good laugh.

Hi reesy,
I didnt have a clue what you were on about untill I read the thread regarding the "plumbing system"  .
Oh my god   . I will have to have a look at the toilets when we go in may. I have always flushed the loo roll   , never noticed any wheel, but did spot the little tube type thing in the back of the loo, thought it squirted disinfectant    .
What a div, but no-one tells you stuff like this so how you supposed to know!!!
Yet again, another reason why this site is so informative :D :D

Hi George

I have edited my initial message now to make it clearer.

Wide awake tonight, so my head is slightly clearer, but maybe the vodka will make up for that later. I DO have 4 days off work now

On the odd occassion I have had the smell in Turkey, but not like what I witnessed in Spain, especially Benidorm!

The smell in Turkey must come from the ones who have not yet realised what the wheel is for and still blocking the drains with toilet paper

Hi Mary Thanks for the link. :) Have just picked myself up from the floor I was laughing so much    Thank God we have our own apartment so saved ourselves the embarrassment of semi smelly nappy bags in bins   I must be the least curious female in the world :o Kept looking at the little red wheel and toilet spout and vaguely wondering what they were but never investigated. Boy are we both going to have fun in 20 days time   Watch out little wheel and spout could well spend hours in our smallest room Hee Hee
