Hi Dr Womble,
The best remedy I ever had for sunburn was natural yogurt plastered over me. Worked a treat.

One year in Spain I got top of my legs and bum burnt could'nt sit down.
A very nice local told me to try it it was a bit of a shock to the system being just out of the fridge 
but next day I could sit down

I hope you dont mind but I dont think I will be using your tips dont want to be stinking of Listerine and as stiff as a board with the starch.
