Hi Dr Womble,

The best remedy I ever had for sunburn was natural yogurt plastered over me. Worked a treat.

Yes, natural yoghurt is definitely the best remedy for sunburn - bit messy, but does the job!

I can vouch for natural yogurt.

One year in Spain I got top of my legs and bum burnt could'nt sit down.  A very nice local told me to try it it was a bit of a shock to the system being just out of the fridge  but next day I could sit down :D

I hope you dont mind but I dont think I will be using your tips dont want to be stinking of Listerine and as stiff as a board with the starch.

Perhaps you could expand on that so people can share your sunburn story ?

Am I the only person baffled by this thread? Why would you spray starch in a room or on your skin if you had sunburn?

Hi Lynn, I know what you mean thinking it was a joke. I think I'll stick to the more traditional cures if I get sunburn though.
