Hi Womble,

I agree with Diane.
Blue Rainbow is in a great location to beach, bars and restaurant, everything :D :D .
We stayed there last August and had a ball :D :D . The only down side I could say is that the foods not up too much, but as your surrounded by great places to eat, who cares.

Im sure you and Jan will enjoy your stay there 8) 8)

Hi Womble

you couldnt be more central really.... handy for the beach and town. We've stayed at the Blue Rainbow 3 times now - only on a B & B basis though which was fine. Looked at some of the menu's there for those staying and having an evening meal..... don't bother!
Hotel is good, bathrooms a bit on the small side, but very clean and tidy - they also have a lift, so you should be OK.

Enjoy!

Hi jivebunnie,

We didnt realise that Blue Rainbow did B &B when we went, or we would have done that.
We stayed half board, we tryed the food twice for an evening meal then never went back again :( :( .

I do think the food is the only negative point to the hotel 8) 8) , and I would stay there again on B&B basis :D :D .

I'm not sure if they still do it now - the last time we had B & B there was in 2005. In 2006 I think they might have stopped it, so we stayed at the Elif, and at the time this was the sister hotel and we used to have to go to the Blue Rainbow for our breakfast!!! Crazy init!!!!! We only ever do B & B, as you say, there are just so many good places to eat.

I have stayed at the BLUE RAINBOW on f/board but evening meals are a bit repetitive.Iwould go back there again but on bed/breakfast Havana bar across road is great for snacks, seeZAZZA'S POSTS.BLUE RAINBOW IS EXCELLENT FOR BEACH.
