from the looks of it, these apartments will be available to rent on yearly basis which means it will not be a holiday complex.

We have another meeting with the owners and will keep you updated.

Hi All,
Just been looking at the stills on the web cam. It looks like they have taken the scafolding down from around the new building . It only seem like last week I was watching them demolish the old one. They dont hang around where building work is conserned do they .

I cant wait to get over there in May and see it for myself.

They are to be rented out unfurnished I believe but a bit pointless to buy furniture then in the winter be kicked out because they will probably be buying furniture next year to let as holiday rentals.
