Welcome back Barry - esp as you're now officially the first reviewer of the year I think (never mind Gene ha ha)
Didn't notice any prattling at all - in fact can't believe it was so short
Nice to notice there was no mention of those dodgy US takeaway joints that we really hope aren't going to spring up in our little piece of heaven
When are you going to really start the prattling and keep us going until the next returnee posts - pleeeeeeeese cos I'm not going until August

Hi Gene
Yes some of the local small supermarkets are open all winter, the Tansas is now open in the winter, never used to be. Banks are open as well.
We spent some evenings with Vince and his lovely family he is the owner of Vinces Bar you may know him, Turkish restaurants are open, had some good Turkish meals in them, spent some evenings at home sat by our log fire, nice and cosy.
More places are now open, gets busier every year. The heat and Breeze is closed down and is up for rent. As for sunbathing bit cold sometimes but sunshine can be be nice. all in all the weather was a lot nicer than england, one day we painted our railings on balcony, that day was very warm.
