Hi all, was wondering if any of you go on special diets or to the gym before going on your hols, i am finding it a struggle trying to motivate myself, anyone in the same boat

50 weeks training for a 6 pack beach body for two weeks ? I'll carry on sampling the Efes from the local pub

Fosters or John Smiths or Stella or Boddingtons or Cains or anything really that stops me getting slim is the way to go

don't bother with any of that nonsense Robbo..couldn't afford to replace all of my hol clothes for smaller sizes!

My therapy as the hol gets closer is coming on here more and more as well as making sure we've got the Icmeler Cds playing as much as poss!!

oops nearly forgot
also get into doing the ritual dances - you know....cha cha slide, country roads, kiss kiss etc etc

I start applying the fake tan about a week before I go, Then go swimming straight away and it all comes off

Somehow buying sandals makes me feel a bit closer to my hols

Me too it is so hard to get motivated but playing icmeler cd's definetly helps me, makes me wanna dance which is good exercise haha
I am supposed to be starting healthing eating this week been saying this every week since 1st of January!
I managed it last year so hopefully i will start tomorrow
All of this for 2weeks holiday

hello fellow dieters lol,i joined slimmers world and have lost a stone in 5 weeks can now buy shirts off the rack gone from neck 21 to 19 still working to lose 2 more stone intime for Icmeler in June

last year i was almost harpooned by the japanese.i now have greenpeace on guard every time i go near the sea.

Just wondering how you are all getting on with your healthy eating & exercising? I have not been successful at all
So today i have decided to give up the junk food & join some sort of fitness club! Hopefully it will happen

I have decided that the diet has gone through the window.
For me, now on holiday it will be baggy joggers and a very loose fitting shirt.
When I go in the sea I shall wear an old fashioned one piece bathing costume.
Either all this or stand at the side of John then I wont look to bad.

I am trying to loose weight to. I'm tall so not to bad but still want to loose weight bhut just can't do it. I'll only put it back on when in icmeler though all that food.

No point in me going on a diet yet!,Im off to Benidorm for 2 weeks all inclusive on Saturday,then Ive got 10 weeks to get the pounds off for when we go to Turkey,Im just dreaming of all that food next week!!.

I actually joined Weight Watchers 3 weeks ago up to now I've lost 6 pounds with two and a half stone to go. I do great during the week, then weekend comes and despite all my good intentions of starting off on diet coke etc, I always end up on the pints of carling. Then I end up "steaming" and go home and order a big fattening curry. Oh well, there's always next year
