We've been told that the Grass Apartments have changed names?
Cartier Club Apartments? If this is true, does anyone have any other information, changes, layout, Hob Nob Bar etc?

Grass is now attached to the Cartier
hotel and will all be called Club Cartier.
The wall between the Cartier and the Grass has gone or is going and the pool will be shared by the guests of the Cartier hotel and Grass so in my eyes not very good.

John,
Do you know if this change to the apartments will have any affect on the Hob Nob bar at all because my friend has just told me that he will be running this bar for the season.

I haven't got a clue what changes will be made to the bar for definite but the new management of the grass and cartier was telling me last year before I came home that there would be live music on this year and cabaret

John, do you now if Julie from scotland has sold up, or is this a new joint venture?.

I am not sure if she actually owned it and in fact I doubt it very much as everyone who I know who run places like that actually lease places on say a 5 year basis and as far as I know the new lease holder or maybe owner as I never actually asked him the question is someone I know but when I was asked to sell the aparts for him I declined the offer as I am not sure about UK people in lets say the Grass side with say 4 people in each room having to share a pool with the cartier
hotel which has a lot of European guests and that has a lot of rooms.
I had visions of lots of friction and as our office is right facing I would be the one getting the flack so I decided no.

Andy, did you find the Grass appartments to be really noisey? or were you on the quiet side?

We were in room 6 which was away from the bar area, so no it wasn't noisy at all.

Hi
We stayed at the Grass twice last year and it was excellent. The thing we liked was that most days we had the pool to ourselves as other guests tended to go the beach. The wall coming down is definitely not good news. We are staying at the New Lighthouse Apartments this year from July 10th instead
Cheers

Any updates on the changes?
