Can anybody help. I want to send xmas & new year greetings to some Turkish friends. Is there a correct way as I do not wish to offend anybody.

correct and just so you (everyone) know, your mistake would never offend anyone (turkish), it would actually put a smile on their face...weird but true..its the thought that counts..

Cheers
