There are loads of places up for sale still.

The Mitos is up for 1.5 million UK pound and the Hotel 47 is still up for 750,000 UK pound.

The Chill bar is still up for sale and loads more

As for making an offer hmmm no thanks

What site do you find them on Colette? Not that i want to buy lol just nosey

I hope the Mitos aren’t bought before our next visit in September 2008 as I wouldn’t want it to change love it as it is

Friends of mine told me about them while I was in Icmeler this year, and Gail told us about The Chill Bar.

There is a site though with them on, I will have a nosey for it for you

the Hotel 47 has been on the market for 2 years now. Also the laguna has been up for sale for a few years

Did i hear that the holiday and the lemon tree were up for sale.

Ahh yes I heard the Lemon Tree was also up for sale.

We did see her posing for pictures when we were on hols this summer. Does anyone know how much it is for sale and also we did really enjoy it for a holiday so what is next bestest place to stay in the future???

A lot of the restaurent and bar owners are hoping they can sell on thier leases due to not making as much money as they anticipated when taking on these ventures.
