well i'm back! and not very happy about it! here go's!

our holiday got off with a hours delay at east mids airport, but it was nothing we couldn't shake off and think about what a good time we were going to have! Arrived in icmeler at the Alvaro villas at about half past 9 and i was absolutely knackered! However we were all too excited to sleep and just ended up unpacking and going for some breakfast.

We spent our first full day (and half of our days) at the beautiful beach, so glad to see Unda again and we all had a good catch up. Me, my brother and my dad went on the ringo's, such good fun!! Although the multiple dingys were alot better, they don't tip over and they dont hurt your bum as much as the other ones!!

We enjoyed lovely meals at selam, Venice, Noels, Cafe Rosa's, Melitas (or something like that, cant remember exactly how you spell it) Mr Cooks, Dragon (the best meal we had all holiday, and the best value for money, absolutly delicious!) Dream 3 bells (spent a few excellent nights in there i saw u there Gene but i don't think you recognised me!) and Captain Bullshits (spent most of our nights there such a great place! Alina is beautiful and such a good little baby! looks like her mummy!)

We also did 2 boat trips with captain bullshits which were fantastic, the lazy day and the sunday one. They had to be the highlights of our holiday!! We did the Jeep safari too, such a laugh, we all got drenched!

We returned to a very rainy england on Tuesday and i have had a very bad case of the holiday blues! :(
Overall our holiday was excellent, although it has got more expensive and i doubt we will be doing self catering again. Hopefully we will be returning for a week in may but we are digging for the deals!!

by the way has anyone stayed in the L'etoile hotel? If so could you leave your views and comments please :)

Nice report Rachel.
We spent a lot of nights in dream3bells and found it to be the best bar for entertainment and the staff are fantastic.
I wish you had come over just to say Hi,its nice to meet peopls off the forum.
We found it to be a little more expensive this time but I put it down to the rate of the YTL to our £.

Thanks again for the review and hope to see you next May.

Gene

Admin,

don't know if you're being serious or not, but cafe rosa is just another name for roses cafe in the old village

Aha I know about Cafe Rose which is what that nice little place is called but I have seen cafe Rosa mentioned a few times so if I who runs the forum had to ask then imagine what the people who don't know Icmeler at all must think
