whats the best tip to leave to the staff,maids at hotels also taxi,water boat, dolmus drivers, also waiters etc etc

i wouldnt like to leave any tips to bad staff,bad drivers etc

10% of the bill is a fair tip for a good meal in a restaurant.
For hotel staff/maids, drivers etc, I'd say it's up to you.
