Turnc is a nice trip, you can go on the beach and have a wander around the small town - it's smaller than Icmeler, but very pretty.
You get to Kumlubuk by water taxi too.
It's a lovely place to go if you want a quiet day on the beach with lovely clear sea for swimming - totally, blissfully quiet, no music, children etc. We always got off at the Didem jetty as Didem is a nice restaurant and has a swimming pool out the back but I'm not sure if it's still there, didn't get there this year. It's nice to wander around but there's's very little there - just nice scenery and dirt tracks. No shops, just half a dozen restaurants spread out along a long bay. Personally I like it there, but it's not everyone's taste as it's so quiet. By the way there are 2 boats going out in the morning, but only one boat back about 5pm so you're there for the day! A word of warning though, it's better at Kumlubuk during the main season rather than start/end of season (I mean May/end Sept and Oct).
Akyaka is definitely worth a visit - it's not far by road from Icmeler, just near Gokova Bay, about half an hour or so. Lovely beach, nice place to wander around, river-side restaurants and the Ottoman-style houses are lovely, it's a very pretty place.
I've been going to
Icmeler for years and not yet got to Dalyan and the mud baths - would like to though, but I've heard it's better to do the coach trip rather than the boat trip - and August is always soooo hot to be stuck on a coach for a couple of hours! I have a friend who is buying a property near Dalyan and he says it's lovely there.... when he's moved in I'll have to schedule in an extra visit to stay with him!!!
