Advice on the Melita Apartments please : )

Hi Icmeler lovers has anyone stayed at the Melita Apartments? we thought we would stay somewhere else for a change instead of a hotel next year, it seems to be much cheaper... Any reports would be very grateful please

Hi Pauline
we had some friends staying at the melita while we were there this august so we spent a fair bit of time with them at these apartments. We had a good look around the apts and found them to be spotless , quite a good size and every apt has a balcony with pool view you have to pay extra for air con but might not need it , depends when you go . Found the staff to be just as friendly as any place in icmeler especially the bar man sexy george , who works all hours serving food and drinks and he was really nice to our two daughters aged 15 and 12 letting them help behind the bar . a great bloke .Only down side if there is one is that because of the position of the apts the sun goes over the top at about 4 oclock in the aft . so pool area tends to be in the shade after then , but not far to the beach and centre of town . We are looking to book there for next year and getting some good prices from ICR
All in all would not hesitate to stay there.

Thanx a million Dave sounds really good. We wouldn't be too worried about the sun as we would probably spend some of our time at the Elif pool where we normally stay.
Think we will give the Melita a try, thankyou so much for the info it just means waiting till next June before we go

Hi Pauline,we have booked the Melita apt in June arrive the 23rd for two weeks a party of four adults we have been to Icmeler once befor in 2005 & loved it the last two years Portugal then spain but it was not as good as Icmeler. The apartments look good might see you there if not have a good holiday.

I can safely say you will never find a place as wonderful as Icmeler its paradise Maybe see you there.... we will be the 'quiet'ones
