Been looking around the web for some friends who were thinking of going out next month to help celebrate the daughters wedding. Two of them wanted to go from Newcastle and two from Gatwick around the 29th Sept Guess what ? there are flights from Newcastle but no returns on the desired dates, same sort of thing at Gatwick with apparently only Stanstead available on the preferred dates.
Looking around just this forum there are quite a few taking that late break. Couyld it be that October is going to be one of the busiest months this year ?

Wer'e going 12th october and I coudn't beleive how expensive the flights still are, found accomodation to be very reasonable with icr but could not get a cheap flight to go with it (£200-£300each) so we finished up booking a package hol, we also tried for last week in october but prices were even higher, so 23 sleeps and we'll be there :P

we already got our hols booked on a package deal for the 18th oct, but lucky enough me and my daughter are going out a week earlier now. we went on the internet looking for a flight and managed to get one (one way cuz we already have our return flight) and it only cost me £89 for the two of us flying from east midlands. not bad rly. sooo 3 weeks thursday and im off. Sue dn't forget to tell the people that you booked the package off that you will not require the Dalaman bound leg of the flight or they will cancel the homeward bound one on you.
