What a lovely place - the cleanliness would put other holiday resorts in other countries to shame. The people who work in the bars and restaurants are laughing with you and not at you (unlike other places). We had an absolute ball. On the Sunday (19th) we looked for and eventually found the Havanna - at around 11pm but we didn't see anyone we recognised from the photos. However we had a great time anyway and had a couple (or 3) drinks and a couple of dances. Especially when Simply the Best was played. We also did a wee chorus of Flower of Scotland on the way out - by special request I have to say. We didn't have the 'hassle' problem at all, we always said Hiya and No Thanks if we were asked to go into places we didn't want to go into and there was absolutely no problem. We loved Noels and got to know Leon and the boys, the food was good - I have to recommend the chicken Schnitzel with mashed potatoes and stirred fried veg and the meat loaf was really good too. John loved the peppered steaks and the lamb meal we had on our 2nd Sunday was exceptional. We felt relaxed and comfortable there too. We also had a lot of fun with Leon and the boys. We also ate in Titanic - where we saw Eric the Viking and shouted over to him - he had just had his tattoo and probably thought 'who on earth am I talking to' - anyway Erik 'it wiz braw tae meet yee' - as we say in Perth (hee hee). The food in the Titanic was the business. We also ate in the Pyramid next door, and although we didn't enjoy the food so much (probably just ordered the wrong thing) the view of the moon appearing over Icmeler as we sat there waiting for our meal is a sight that will live on in me and Mo's memories and see us through the winter ahead. We also had a couple of drinks there on a couple of occasions and the staff are lovely and I would definitely go back there. We also ate at the Wayfayrer and Robin Hood, the Wayfayrer was quite nice, however I'm sorry I can't say the same for Robin Hood (again maybe the wrong choice
