Most bars have stopped doing this as I do believe it is now illegal, but the Deniz Kapisi still uses the cans as flame throwers but as everyone knows the Deniz always plays there music later as well so if your into fire thats the place to be.

Hi
Just got back and didn't see one fire show, thankfully. We all know they are dangerous so I think the bar owners have now complied with the law.

were there mid July til early August . Venice and Majestic still using them and I cringe when Venice let off oxygen cylinder during Michael show - though it's not near punters and great effect.certainly won't stop us from going we just sit further back. The things these guys do to get a crowd in !!

Fire shows, aerosols, oxygen bottles, giving sparklers to 3 year olds, I have witnessed it all again this holiday.
Deniz Kapisi
Lion Bar
3 Bells
Venice
Are just some of the bars using this form of entertainment,it is spectacular
and very visual, but be carefull and keep an eye on the children.
One fire show at the Lion Bar was interupted 3 times by the presence of thw police in the near vicinity.
It is illegal to put on fire shows.

i Know we saw lots but not as much as in previous years - thankfully
We did get given in our cocktail and later to hold, a giant firework I wouldn't normally touch the thing, but you become all stupid and daring on holiday. I wish they wouldn't though - its not needed.
Admittedly a sparkler does brighten up a cocktail K/X
