Hi I'm flying with them from Manchester Sept 21st, I am sure I have flown with them before but I can't remember so they must be OK, I only remember the bad ones.

A small correction to my previous post, we are flying FREEDOM FLIGHTS not FREEBIRD, getting a bit confused in my old age

Is this to the detriment of the airline? Do I have to worry?

We flew with them twice last year - through Goldtrail. Had no problems whatsoever. Flights were on time, food usual airline standard - not brilliant, but edible. No entertainment etc, so take a good book with you, or some mags. Have a great time.

My friend flew with them in August this year from Newcastle and her flight times were changed to a day later, but both outbound and inbound flights were changed so she didnt lose a day of her holiday. Enjoy your hols x

just got back they were very good loads of leg room lunch going as good as airtours/thomas cook ect, the breakfast however thismorning was quite dire, an omlette type thing, but they do come round with free soft drinks/coffee/tea twice at meal times and do two alcohol trolly runs !!!! all in all very cheap and very exceptable

got back on sunday and we flew with freebird.
never again.
our flight going should have been at 9.45, so we got there at 7.15
we were in the air at 8.15 then they tell us we are going to edinburgh
I could go on. just to say i won't be using this air line again.
if you are going with them please check your times as quite a few people missed our flight

Don't forget that the plane goes where the travel company that controls it tells it to go.
I would not blame the Freebird company but the travel company
