I have done a bit of ringing around and have talked to the major holiday firms, who all confirm that ther is no rise in the visa payment it is still £10. I would imagine that if you give Mr Grumpy immigration man a new £20 at 0400 in the morning he will not give you change!!!? Also it is worth remembering that they only like crisp new notes (maybe worth ironing
) and Scottish notes seem to totally confuse the issue.
