Baby cot at the Badaban???

Hello,

First post here - hi everyone!

Mucho excited that we're off to the Badaban for a week in October and thought I'd better check out the forum for some hints/advice/etc.

Does anyone know if the Badaban provide a cot with their rooms? The ****** booking is a bit vague on the subject...

"1 Bedroom apartment, 2 Adults, 2 Children and 1 Infant with Cot Space".... ????

I could get a travel cot, but would prefer to use one if its there???

Its been years and years since we were last in Icmeler - in fact we've had kids (two boys aged 4 & 2, and a wee girl, who's 1 in a fortnight!) so I've been making a list of things to sort out:

- sterling travellers cheques
- carbon monoxide detector
- mozzer plug in's
- avon skin so (for the Mrs who gets major bites!)
- alarm door wedger (is that going a bit far?)

Anything else???

This will be our first family holiday abroad (stayed in the UK since the kids came along - which has been good, but a bit of late sunshine is required this year!), so any advice much appreciated...

Cheers!

You will have to request a cot from your tour operator who will then pass this information onto your accomadation.

Welcome to the forum and you will get a lot of good advice from our members.

You will be a bit pushed for space in a one bedroom apartments with a family of four and a cot along with all the cases but you are only sleeping in it so you should be ok.

A bit of advice is dont change the travellers cheques at a beaureau de change as the will charge you a commission fee even though they may tell you they wont so just use a local supermarket and they will change them for you usually free as they know you will buy goods from them.

As for the carbon monoxide detector I dont think there will be a boiler in the apartment to detect a leak

Have a nice holiday and then let us know how you think Icmeler since your last visit

Hi there,
We stayed at the Babadan Apts October last year (and are back first 2 weeks this year, maybe see you there). The apartments are certainly large enough for the cotspace. I'll PM you with some pictures.
There was no boiler in our room but I always like to carry one of those little card CO2 detectors just in case.
Mozzies weren't a problem in October last year infact the only one we saw was in the mountains.
I've a slideshow of last years photos and about halfway through there is a photo of the "cotspace". You can view it at http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AT9WZDQt8Yk
