the Taj used to be good when it was warm as the breeze from the sea nearby used to whip through it as it didnt have any walls but dont know if thats changed now with the refurb.

Pool, pool and more pool when its hot ...... cant wait!

That happened one year we went too, everyone just sat in the shade drinking. This year we had rain one day and we stayed undercover, the the other half was drinking efes then too ha ha

I love the heat and love lying in it as long as the pool is within a few steps so i can jump in and out and cool off every 10 minutes or so,try to do my sunbathing in the morning then maybe go for a long lunch about 1pm and another wee hour or so after that, when it comes to 3pm i normally head to my room, maybe have a wee snooze or sit on the balcony watching the world go by.

Hi

My little trick is to take a cold water bottle to bed with me. I freeze a bottle of water and as it melts I also have ice cold water to cool me down. Make sure you wrap it in a pillow case or something first as it will be too cold but I can assure you it's the best relief from the hot ever!!!

We always go end of June begining of July and its usually well into the 40's then. I do what Flora does, freeze the water, sometimes we make up some of the Tang juice you buy in Turkey and freeze it in the bottles. A really refreshing drink in lots of different flavours. I also sunbathe on a lilo in the water!
