hi Cathy, we did this trip a couple of years ago from hisaronu and it could not be easier. Get a dolmus from ole to feteya(not spelt right) main bus station, it takes about 15 to 20 mins, and you will be able to get a bus/coach from there to the back of marmaris, you have to get another dolmus to the tansas in marmaris and then another dolmus to icmeler, it sounds like a lot of hastle but once you are on the main bus/coach they could not do enough for you coming round with free water and the loverly lemon balm.
The main buses/coaches run ever 30 mins until about 9pm. The whole journey took us about 4 hours but they do stop along the way so you can streach your legs.
We paid about £30 return for the two of us, no need to book just turn up and get on.hope this helps, if i can help with anything else let me know.

Last year whilst we were in Icmeler my parents were in Olu Deniz and wanted to meet up with us for the day. The found a day trip which amongst one of its stops visited Icmeler. After speaking with the operators when they bought their tickets he said it would be no problem to drop my parents off in Icmeler and then to collect them on the return leg of the journey. My dad gave the driver a tip of course but got the trip for a few pounds straight through.
