Hi I've just booked to go to the Diva
Hotel on the 16th June for 2 weeks half board, normally I go B&B or self catering but got a good deal on this holiday so jumped at it, could someone advise me on what to expect on a H/B holiday

has anyone been to the Diva on a half board holiday, I don't know if my friend is winding me up or not, but he said that when you go half board you only get a choice of 1 or 2 meals from a special menu and not from the main menu

Dave you are correct.
Would you really expect a choice of the WHOLE menu for the evening meal for the price you paid?
The meals for the half board option at the Diva are spot on but they are of course a set meal every evening.
You do of course have a choice of at least 5 meals

But it's not an expensive restaurant and the food is excellent, so you don't have to stick to the set menu every night, you could treat yourselves occasionally....
At least by going half board I suppose you'll always be guaranteed a table there! If i'm going to eat there I always stop by on my way back from teh beach to book a table as it's so popular and they get so busy, especially in high season!

Thanks for the replies sounds good to me, but now I’ve got to get the missus on side as she’s a fussy eater, normally take her about 20 mins to pick from a full menu

i know this is a silly question, but can anyone tell me if the rooms are equipted with a hairdryer in the diva.the clever one wont go anywhere without one.even though she gets her hair cut one day and dyed at least twice in any seven days.still, it gives me more time to research the effects of efes as a tonic.
