Dear Jules,

Your post wasnt the only one deleted and you did not upset us.

Simply, we have taken a new decision on not to allow any topics on hotels or apartments which we are currently not dealing with.

I am sure this is understandable due to nature of our business.

Thank you.

So does this mean if we are stopping in a hotel that you do not deal with we cannot discuss it?

Unfortunately not on this forum. I know it does not sound fair however we do have to keep things in line with our business. At the end of the day, we are a travel agent for the region but we do our best to serve you in the best way possible from news to movies to web cam to forum (dont know of any other agency offering such services). While we provide these services, we can not afford to advertise hotels and apartments we do not deal with because in a way, this would be advertising other agencies (competition) for such hotels and apartments. I am sure you will see and understand our point of view.

By the way, if a hotel name is mentioned in your posts etc, of course we are not going to delete them however topics solely dedicated on a certain hotel that we do not work with will be deleted.
Its a thin line we are trying to walk on so appriciate your help and understanding.

Thank you.

I understand Rami, if we wish to praise a certain hotel we can always go on holiday truths. :)

Does this also apply to the guestbook? I know there is lots of posts on hotels on there that are not through ICR? Sorry to ask so many questions!

Doz,

Rami says thank you for bringing that to our attention as we totally forgot to delete all those accommodations in the guestbook and as I type I know his finger is hovering over the button.

He says as a reward for your attentiveness he will give you a free boat trip or Turkish bath if you decide to book a holiday through our company

Thank you very much! However I stay at the the same hotel every year (not mentioning any names!) and ICR sadly do not use them! I really appreciate that though thanks! :D
