Just another quick one,booking a holiday on here,are we protected if anything goes pear shaped?abta bonding and such.

Because they are a Turkish company, ICR can't be ABTA bonded, but they are TURSAB registered, which is the Turkish equivalent - Association of Turkish Travel Agencies. I've booked with them many times in the past and never had a problem - but, like I do with any travel booking, no matter which airline or accommodation company I use, I always book with a credit card for added peace of mind.

I also have used Icr over the last ten years, and pay by credit card, I know there's a charge but more things are covered than by Abta, also Icr have an office in resort, open 7till 7, 24 hours contactable, they have been one of the first companies to respond to help when other companies have collapsed and are Very customer focused, any issues with accommodation, etc would be dealt with quickly..I have only had good excellent service from Icr, be it transfer to Accommodation...

Same here, Steve - always had great service and the one time I did have a problem (which was with the transfer company - one they no longer us - and outwith ICR's control), it was swiftly dealt with and a refund issue. As you say, having the office in the resort and being able to pop in if you have any queries is also a bonus.
