I have just seen a picture where there is a 'Champagne Steak House' sign on the building that was/is the Golden Moon (on the square by the Lighthouse). Has Champagne now moved or do we now have 2 Champagne steak houses?

There are two now. Champagne is will where it was but Yurda has also taken over the Golden Moon now too.
