Prickly heat

Postby Mandy Mo » 19 May 2017 13:57

Hi everyone. Just a quick question to you all if anyone could help would be much appreciated.

Can anyone please tell me if there is anything that works for prickly heat when on holiday?

TIA x

There are various "home" remedies you can try - various people swear by natural yogurt or rubbing a cut tomato over it, but personally, I would recommend just going to the pharmacy (the one next to Alin's is very good). They will give you creams to help clear it up - or if it is really bad, there is an injection they can give you which clears it up very quickly. My son got it bad last year and he got the injection and it worked wonders.

You could use the sun lotion P20, if it is on appears on part of your body.
If more general,try Loratdine tablets.
