Changes...
Posted: 10 Feb 2017 13:23Looking at the various forums, and there seem to be lots of changes going on. Brothers and Nirvana Beach have both gone (Cafe Del Mar still standing....so far!!), Hanedan has closed, Bonjour gone, and it's only February! I'm beginning to wonder what will still be there this summer.
Three Bells are having a tidy up, which is a good sign, I don't know what I'd do without my afternoon pint in there. There seems to be another bar being built next door to the Bells, too. And another supermarket, a Sok, has opened just opposite the car wash. Lots of changes. Hopefully for the better. Let's hope it's a busy season this year for all the businesses.
We were there in August last year, and it was very quiet, but we're hoping to get back this year, probably at Club Sun Village. Just got to persuade my reluctant daughters first. Wish me luck!
