Doruk hotel &suites

Postby kez&sue » 30 Jan 2017 18:04

Hi all I know it's really early in the year but I have just booked for the 22nd of may staying at the doruk we have stayed the last 8/9 years at the miray however I got a phone call from seyit who ran blondies the bar attached to the miray to say that jet2 are no longer sending guests to the miray so it is no longer viable to run blondies as the jet2 customers make up around 90% of blondies business they are desperately searching for a new bar/ restaurant to rent this year so we were looking for alternative accommodation as to be fair we only kept returning due to seyit and his lovely family ,we have passed the doruk many times and thought they looked OK so having checked the reviews we decided to book for a sea view suite so basically if anyone has any information/advice regarding the doruk we would be very grateful.

Hi,

We've never stayed there, but like you we read some reviews and were tempted to stay there and even had a tour of the Hotel which was very nice

However, what put us off was the lack of a guaranteed Balcony, as some Rooms only have a Window instead  ... so we didn't book.

May be worth asking before you commit to make sure, unless you're not fussed? :D

All the best

Hi kez&sue,

You will enjoy the Doruk. We stopped there last June and really enjoyed it.

We are returning this year and like you have booked a suite this time simply because we wanted the space.

It's a lovely hotel.
