Exchanging £50 notes

Thinking of bringing English currency in £50.00 notes. Will shops accept for Turkish lira

Yes, we have exchanged £50 notes before without any problems

Yes, you can change £50.00 notes no problem.
I sometimes use the ATM just along from the Love Boat & withdraw in Sterling which dispenses in £50.00 notes.
I then exchange it at the small supermarket next to ICL office across from the square.
