has anyone heard anything about hotel private being knocked down.A few people have mentioned it on tripadvisor Icmeler forum.

Can't say I've seen anything on TA about the Private - only one I've seen mention of possibly being knocked down is the Kontes, on the beachfront

Ahh, I know the thread you mean - I think the original poster worded it a bit misleadingly as he appears to be talking about the building where the old Bamboo/Dreamboys was, rather than the Private Hotel itself.

Well I hope not, we're booked into The Private next September!
