We just got back from Icmeler last week and ate at Romance about every other night. Really couldn't fault the food or the service. I tried several different dishes, including a Tirsek casserole which chef made specially for me, and my only complaint was it would have fed 3 people! All the meals are beautifully presented, be it breakfast, a snack, or dinner, and would do credit to a 4* restaurant. Compared to other popular places we ate, Romance definitely gets our vote.

Sounds delicious, what are the prices like ? There are 4 of us going, not too fussed on cost, so long as not overly expensive.

It's no more expensive than any of the other good quality restaurants, cmac. Chicken dishes around 25tl-30tl, steak a bit more, but well worth it, so my friend tells me. The Tirsek is similar to the ottoman specials. It's a slightly spicy casserole with a soft pastry topping cooked in a clay pot. It's not on the menu, but I asked about it at breakfast and Tarik, the manager, asked chef to make it for me that night. The Romance Special - chicken with shrimp sauce - is outstanding as well. absolutely love this place can I just ask is the entertainment still on here every night

There wasn't a lot happening in the way of entertainment when we were there, but it was very early in may and not a lot happening anywhere. The male belly dancer (Clap, why you no clap?) was there most nights and there was a barman show, and of course the boys dancing. I think there's a bit more on now. I'm not fussed about entertainment, I only go for the food.

Thanks for that we love the food too but its nice to have the bar staff entertaining you too. cant wait to be there in 3 weeks

Hi we have just come back and it is starting to get busier. In Romance they had some entertainment, the male belly dancer, rock man, the bar man juggling, a female belly dancer and the boys bar show. It was the most entertainment we saw and had a good atmosphere. The food is really nice too! Enjoy
