This will become the JT appreciation thread. I also booked with JT for this year and found him to be very helpful, offering customer service that is way above any othe customer service.

I would recommend that if you have not yet booked, that you use ICR. First class service and the personal touch

We are only using the fast transit service, but booking was so easy and a great price as well.

Happiness is an ICR booking !!!

Good old JT always manages to sort my booking out for me and even helps me search for my flights.
Cheers John,, you do realise when the June holiday is complete , we will have to go through it all again don't you? Saying that its easier doing repeat bookings as they know what you like and dilike and I like a bit of banter with JT .

Thanks from me too. JT rang me within minutes and sorted everything out when my bank decided to decline my credit card payment. The bank also rang me, to say it was a "suspect transaction." God knows why, because holidays is about the only thing I use it to pay for.

I had the same issue a couple of years ago with lloyds, payment refused suspect transaction, I can understand why as the charge is coming from outside the EU, I am however glad that they double check as a few years ago my Barclaycard was hit with over £4000 fraudulent charges originating from the USA which I had to dispute.

Since speaking to the bank not had an issue paying ICR, they must have added them to my trusted supplier list. :D
