Can anyone give information on why the outside area of the hotel, pool bar, outdoor bar seating area and the hotel entance has been demolished ? Will this hotel be open for early months of 2015, May, June ?

The Blue Rainbow hotel that was behind has been demolished and their bar may have had a shared entrance...but knowing how fast the Turks work and change things, I have no doubt that the Casa Blanca will be complete before start of season.

It has been gutted and is undergoing a complete renovation

I saw a couple of photos and their idea of gutting is something akin to Homes under Hammer,
As for Casa Blanca, would you agree it should be ready. .?
