Private Beach Pavilion at the Marti Resort - any info?

Postby JonS » 05 Sep 2014 13:47

Has anyone hired the private beach pavilion at the Marti resort?

We have two young kids and whilst we are staying at the Grand Aquarium we are planning on spending a day at the beach, given this is air conditioned and all inclusive for ice creams etc we are considering booking this, price dependant.

Any info would be much appreciated.

A post on Tripadvisor dated 12/10/12 states that a party of 4 should cost £80 which includes all drinks, lunch, ice cream and a private butler for the day. They suggest you contact Guest Relations at the Marti. Hope this is of use.

I would suggest that the price given by Raynard is if you are already staying at the Marti on an all inclusive basis as it costs 60 euro plus per person per day for outsiders to go in and have an all inclusive day in there

We hired 2 pavilions this year at the Marti, this is the third time we have done it.
It cost us £80.78 for both of them. You get a butler, sunbeds and towels, free wifi, In the morning & afternoon you get huge platters of fruit, ice cream, unlimited drinks and for lunch you choose from the snack menu, however it was disappointing this year as half of the menu was unavailable so very limited choice.

Some of our party used the swimming pools in the marti too, not sure if your actually allowed to do this or not but nobody said anything to them!

You can book online by emailing guest relations, however they are TERRIBLE at replying, my Mum ended up phoning them to sort it all out and once again when we turned up on the day the security/reception staff weren't expecting us,it was sorted out quickly though and we enjoyed our day.

I would thoroughly recommend it. You get to use the pavilions from roughly 9-6pm.

It might be easier booking when in resort if you pop along to the Martin on your first day, although you do take a chance of them being unavailable.

I will try and upload some photos soon

Thanks Jula, much appreciated.

I have since had a reply from the Marti and they have quoted the pavilions at "60 dollars" at the front of the beach or "50 dollars" at the back, this price is per unit not per person.

I've emailed back to confirm if that includes the drinks/lunch etc as if so then we will book one.

woohoo glad you got a reply! Its a good price and I'm sure you will really enjoy if you decide to book, also what age are your kids? We had 2 other fantastic days out at Asparan Golmar Tesisleri, a taxi ride away from Icmeler( about 15 mins) it was great for the kids, huge play area, lots of animals, 2 swimming pools(one was a kids one with small chute) and 2 waterslides. We spent 2 full days there and it was great we all loved it. Have loads of pics if you want I can post them

website is http://www.asparanrestaurant.com/ and they also have a facebook page

Hi Jula. We are planning on going to Asparan too and wondered if you remember what it cost in the taxi.

we paid 100 lira return in taxi, now lots of people have said we could have got it cheaper but this was for 8 of us and we used the same taxi driver throughout our fortnight for our wee jaunts here n there, I was happy with the price anyway for 8 of us it worked out about £28 return and if 8 were using a taxi here it would be a hell of a lot more, infact probably couldn't get a day out on the bus for that here lol!

I will post some photos on the photo forum shortly
