Watching movies on the plane!!

Hey all,
Does anyone have any idea where I can download movies to my iPad to watch on the plane to a Turkey?
Have seen them on iTunes, but rather expensive!!!

Not 100% sure but I think the preferred format is MP4 (MPEG4) for the iPad, I normally get the DVD's of the films I wish to watch then convert them to mp4 to watch on my tablet. Its quite simple to do.

You can download movies etc from SkyGo direct too your ipad if; you have Skygo & your Ipad is registered with it

Hi Chris
Look in the app store for movietube, it's a free app, you should be able to down load and watch. .. On ipad or iphone, looks like a red and black film spool...

Thanks for all the suggestions. Can watch flash player stuff as well on the iPad/iphone so will have a look.

Thomas Cook flights have started showing movies on them again.
