We are returning to Icmeler after a couple of years and initiall wonder whats changed?

In previous visits we have taken £travelers cheques and changed them in the supermarkets near the appartments. Can we still do this or is it more of a cashpoint town thesedays?

Hi mrdinky. We normally take travellers cheques and some cash. .. We found last year that we got a slightly lower rate for cheques.... Still a good rate when compared with hole in the wall charges and, also taking into account they are insured against theft. ... so we will probably do the same this year. ..You could still change them in the supermarkets. .
