hi all going last week of june 1st week july first time to turkey what weather an temp should we expect wife been looking at web cam and still thinks it will be raining then lol shes is getting worried

Well, in the absence of my crystal ball, all I can say is that it should be roasting! We were there beginning of June last year and it was roasting then - end of June/start of July should be hot, hot, hot!

Today in resort the temperature is 29 degrees so by end of June we would be late 30's possibly early 40's

The last couple of years from the 20th June-4th July was mid to high thirties, it did hit 40 I believe at one point. We loved sitting in the restaurant at around 8.30 in the evening, particularly at the Bonjour people watching as well as eating obviously even then the temperature was around 28,absolutely fantastic! Bring it on!

yea same here cant wait moan about work but 2 weeks in the sun makes all the 40 hour weeks worth it

Yippee! .. Can feel the heat on my White skin already! ... Sun Bed sessions start this week ... Good to get a little base tan before we frazzle over there! ... Mrs G's always got to show off tho! i.e. I do 6 mins and she does 9 etc etc

Spray tan works well (so I'm told)

Had one once, looked like a reptile when I emerged from the pool on holiday. It went all mottled. Nearly scrubbed my skin off in the shower trying to get rid of it ! Never again, mini heat wave next few days, so I'll get out in the garden. Got to get a bit of colour on these legs prior to unleashing them on joe public. Not a pretty sight.

done the fake tan once got a bottle forgot about it had a couple of drinks one night hey whats that Iv found i thought im having some of that . didn't believe the instructions on the bottle thought I knew better felt no pain or shame splashing the stuff on got up in the morning looking like the tango man lol the man from del monti would have said yes never again

Think we'd be better staying pale & interesting eh !!
