Hi Keith

Was there a difference in the flight times?

I've noticed this year the day/early evening arrival flights (not that there are many) are much more expensive than than the night flights. I would expect a difference but it seems considerably higher this year.

Nice to hear you've got booked though.

Hi Keith. It is most unusual for flights from Glasgow/Edinburgh to be cheaper than Newcastle but as the schools here go back in the middle of the dates you are going you may find that is the reason. I have noticed in the forums that people going during school holiday times are either going South or coming North according to term time. Last year my nephew saved £1000 on a holiday for 3 by flying from Newcastle during October school break. It is shocking that Companies are allowed to increase their prices at such times.
