best self catering apartments/hotel in icmeler?

can I get some tips on best self catering options for icmeler for 2014? thanks in advance

Depends what you're looking for, I guess - do you want to be close to the beach, fairly central - or are you happy with somewhere up in the old village? How many of you are going, and is there anyone in your party with mobility issues? There are lots of great apartments throughout the resort, so I am sure you will find one to suit your needs. Have a look through the apartments in the link at the top of the page, or give ICR a ring and give them an idea of your requirements and I'm sure they will come up with something which fits the bill.

just the 2 of us, both fit but would like somewhere within walking distance, we stayed at the Julian forest on our 1st time to icmeler and wasn;t to impressed with getting a dolmus twice a day. all we want is somewhere that is clean, to a descent standard and you don't get hassled by the bar staff etc to buy drinks n food every day. somewhere central would be ideal.

We have stayed at Vinces the last few times we have been.Demircioglu apartments.ICR do them.Very central and Vince is lovely.

Avlu 1, Demircioglu, Alvaro are 3 I think would fit the bill. All central enough and no hassle in any of them, yet the staff are all so friendly that you might want to spend some time with them

Very central, no hassle, loverly bar and pool area and handy for Tansas

I would say vinces. I have stayed with him a few times great food and staff no hassle.and vince is a great guy can't do enough for you.and very central.

Sun Blue apartments, very close to the beach and the canal, but far enough back to be in a quiet position. No noise from the local bars. Very clean, very friendly, no hassle.

Avlu 1, along from Tanzas. Still within easy walking distance of beach & canal. Very clean, no hassle but you can get a bit of road noise ( which we never noticed until we stayed in the peaceful quiet of SunBlue a few times, then returned to Avlu 1 and the road noise )
It's not over noisy, but you can hear it.

Both are good locations & good apartments/studios

After 19 soon to be 20 visits we have never been disappointed.

Another vote for the Avlu 1 - stayed there last year in 1 of the chalet type rooms.

Location brilliant & staff really nice.

Sun Village or Rhodes Apartments, both are self catering heaven

Everybody will have an opinion on this. Personally I stayed at Palm Garden twice last year. Cannot really fault the place. Nice and central but far enough away from any noise. Good spacious clean apartments, excellent pool and contrary to what some people say about the place I had absolutely no hassle whatsoever from the staff to eat or drink at their bar.
I cannot compare the place against any other apartments but I would recommend the place.

We usually stay at the Demirgioglu (Vinces)and we love them. We have stayed there every year for the past 10 years.As previous comments say Vince is a lovely man and NOTHING is too much trouble. no hassle or hounding you to eat in the restaurant, which by the way is fantastic!

However, this year we are staying in the old village for a change. A little quieter but not too far away from Vinces and the night life.

Best self catering apartments by far are at the oren hill apartments
no bad reviews at all and our stay was the best in 20 years

Yes there is a TV in the apartments, been three times and never tuned it on yet Theres also a TV near the bar area.
