Any new changes in 2014?

What new changes do you know of that is going on in Icmeler ready for the new season to begin? I know they have almost finished the new park near Tansas supermarket and I must say it looks very nice. x

Lots of changes going on as usual - new hotel (Seastar) on the front beside the Fantasia - building work going on quite a few bars/restaurants - Broadway and Majestic on the canal, for instance. Pinewood apartments up near the market have been demolished - changes to some of the shops etc on the stretch of road beside the Titanic. That's just for starters...
