Hi haven't been to icmeler in 5 years but have booked up for next may & really looking forward to returning.

I used to use a hairdressers jus along abut from the canal I think on the same side as the Florida restaurant next to the little row of shops. I have forgot the name of this hairdressers it did everything like hair ladies/gents & beauty treatments.
Does anyone know If this hairdressers is still here & the name of it? Or if anyone could reccomend a good hairdressers mainly for blowdrys that would be great! Also wondering what the average prices were for blowdrys etc? Many thanks

It is difficult to say as in my experience the stylists tends to change from year to year unless they live in the resort. The Istanbul salon is run by a Turkish family who live in Icmeler all year and they do hair and beauty treatments. They are located near Wayside in the Old Village, which is up the side road from Tansas. I have used them for years and find them very good and reasonably priced - approx. 20tl for a shampoo and blow dry.

Cant confirm name or prices, but the one you ask about is definitely still open and run by the same guy. Really friendly, takes his time on your hair and does a lovely job

Thank you that sounds good I will try find Istanbul salon & give it a try, always great prices beats using the hair dryer yourself in the heat.

Hi Ann thanks for replying that's good it had been open for many years when I was going & all the staff were very friendly a lovely lady did the most amazing pedicure I have ever had
